Born in the USA at Giants Stadium

I just found out that Bruce Springsteen will be performing the entire "Born in the USA" album at Giants Stadium next week. I am so glad I will be there. I saw the Born in the USA tour back in the 80's at Mile High Stadium in Denver. This is going to be great! Im turning 40 tomorrow and this is a great birthday present.

My Denver Broncos are slowly killing me. My quarterback is a joke and I don't see a lot of improvement any time soon. Where is Elway...I know he is still better than what we currently have. The light at the end of the tunnel is a train.

These pesky fleas!

What a bad summer for fleas. They were driving me crazy. I know the meds are expensive but I finally told mi padre that something had to be done. I heard that Advantage would get rid of them. Senate Passes Bailout Plan-Congratulations!!

I am in now way a "political" dog, but I had to give my thoughts on the Senate passing the bailout plan. First, I really hate that American tax payers are forced to bailout the banks. But, what choice do we have?
The thing that really made me drag my butt on the floor was watching the press conference after the vote. Senators lining up at the microphone congratulating and patting each other on the back for doing their job. I guess your next vote will be for a pay raise.

Alabama beats Georgia!!

It was an impressive win for the Crimson Tide.  They dominated from the kickoff and the shots of the shocked Bulldog fans was priceless.  

Kentucky is next for the Tide.  Watch out!  This is one of those "letdown" games where a team with far less talent can sneak up on you (ask Florida).

The Saban nation is on cloud nine after the win and the #2 AP ranking.

John Elway is getting married

My hero John Elway is getting married.  What a great story.  Wait... what?... he's marrying a Raider cheerleader?  What is going on in the world?  First a war, then an economic collapse, now a Bronco/Raider union.  

Nevermind... now I understand.

Battle of the Dogs

Chico's Alabama Crimson Tide takes on Uga's Georgia Bulldogs Saturday night in Athens.  It should be a great game.  Chico says the Tide will be unaffected by the "blackout" at Sanford Stadium.

Good Times

Dear Audience,

Today was a good day. Me madre went to her doctor and he told her she would be okay. This is good, because she is smiling. This is bad, because it means she won't be home all day with me anymore.

She is supposed to go swimming. I hope she doesn't want to take me with her. I hate water. I hate swimming. I love being a dirty dog. I also like to roll around on dead things, when my parents aren't watching.

I have a new friend, her name is Sammie. She is a cat. She is pretty. Me madre calls her a tramp. What is a tramp? She belongs to the neighbors, and she has had three litters of little cats. Had the last batch a week ago. We can't find her little cats. She is a bad mommy. I really do like her though, but I am not sure she likes me very much. She hisses at me. That's not nice, Sammie.

That's all for now. Gearing up for the Broncos/Saints. Or the Saints/Broncos. I'm going to go outside with Sammie if things get tense in the house on Sunday.

Im so glad football season is here. I get to watch the games on TV (I REALLY like TV) and I get to wear my Saints Jersey.

RIP Murphy

My best friend Murphy left us today.  He was a great dog and will missed.

Prayer's needed

My best friend Murphy is in pretty bad shape.  He hurt is neck and he had to go to the ER today.  We all need to pray for a speedy recovery.
